Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a honing device capable of reducing variation of surface roughness of cylindrical inner circumferential surface of a work-piece after polishing by means of a grinder irrespective of the extent of abrasion of the grinder in a honing processing device provided with a grinder diameter magnifying device.SOLUTION: The time when it is judged that a plurality of grinders 11 are brought into contact with a cylindrical inner circumferential surface 60 when such a state that a change of a prescribed parameter (supply flux of hydraulic pressure oil) detected by a detection device (flux detection device 31) after a grinder diameter magnifying device 17 which magnifies the grinder diameter according to movement of a hydraulic operation shaft 7 which receives supply of hydraulic oil from a hydraulic supply device 20 and is moved in an axial direction starts the magnification of the grinder diameter on gets to a predetermined value or less continues for a predetermined time is set as the reference of the start of the polishing and thus, the polishing is practiced until prescribed conditions are approved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
