Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a honing processing device that can prevent processing defect caused by processing chips in applying honing processing to inner peripheral surfaces of a plurality of components collectively.SOLUTION: The honing processing device applies honing processing to cylindrically-shaped inner peripheral surfaces 112 of a plurality of components (con rods 110) collectively with the inner peripheral surfaces 112 arranged coaxially. Between the plurality of con rods 110 is arranged a support plate 11. The support plate 11 has a hole 11a into which a honing head 1 is inserted, a coolant supply path A1 through which coolant is supplied to a space S between an inner peripheral surface of the hole 11a and an outer peripheral surface of a honing head 1, and coolant discharge paths B1 and B2 through which the coolant supplied to the space S is discharged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
