Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of a workpiece measuring error in an inner diameter measuring apparatus after honing work. CONSTITUTION: A coolant controlled to the constant temperature by a coolant device 27 is supplied to a cylinder block 19 and a master ring 21 provided with the reference hole of a cylinder bore inner diameter in a honing machine 17 and simultaneously to a cylinder block 19 and a master ring 25 in an inner diameter measuring apparatus 23. The temperature of the respective master rings 21, 25 in the honing machine 17 and inne diameter measuring apparatus 23 is made almost equal, and the temperature of the respective cylinder blocks 17 in the honing machine 17 and inner diameter measuring apparatus 23 is made almost equal.
