Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency of honing processing work by rotating a clamped chip saw, simultaneously pressing a rotary brush to a honing processing part of the outer peripheral edge thereof, and supplying a designated liquid to a contact part between the rotary brush and the honing processing part.
SOLUTION: In honing processing in a honing processing device 10, a chip saw 1 is clamped by clamp plates 15b, 15a. Secondly, the chip saw 1 is moved toward rotary brushes 19a, 19b by a chip saw moving device 18 and the rotary brush 19b is moved toward the rotary brush 19a by a brush moving device 21 to put the rotary brushes 19a, 19b in the state of abutting to the surface and the back of the honing processing part 5 of the chip saw 1. In such a state, a liquid is supplied between the rotary brushes 19a, 19b through a supply pipe 25 and a liquid supply nozzle 23 by a liquid-circulating device 22, and the chip saw 1 and the rotary brushes 19a, 19b are rotated by a chip saw rotating device 17 and a brush rotating device 20.
