Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a honing tool equipped with a structure for correcting and holding the fall of a workpiece supported in a floating state in one-pass honing.
SOLUTION: A guide part 10 is provided on a tip in order to guide a tool body 15 into a hole of the workpiece to be machined, and a honing part 11 is provided so as to follow the guide part 10. The guide part 10 is a cylindrical shape having a shape and dimension in correspondence with a lower hole shape of the hole of the workpiece to be machined, and has an attitude holding function for correcting and holding the fall of the workpiece in the floating state when guiding and advancing in the hole of the workpiece to be machined at honing.
