Abstract:
To provide a hood device capable of improving a sanitary level improving work environment by quickly discharging steam and heat generated from a cooking apparatus to the outside of a chamber.
The hood device comprises a hood body 14 to surround a suction opening 18 formed in a ceiling 16 of a heating cooking chamber 12; a face air supplying opening 20 formed in the outer surface of the hood body 14 and coupled to an air conditioner 34 to supply air-conditioned air to the outside of the hood body 14; and an air nozzle 22 formed in the inner surface of the hood body 14 and generating a swirl flow of air, flowing to the suction opening 18, in the hood body 14 by injecting outside air in the hood body 14.
