Abstract:
To provide a hood structure body having a bend structure connected to an inlet side of an EGR gas cooling device and introducing EGR gas into the EGR gas cooling device while keeping uniform flow velocity distribution.
This hood for EGR gas cooling device having the bend structure connected to the EGR gas cooling device and introducing high temperature EGR gas to the EGR gas cooling device is provided with a rough surface part having surface roughness for disturbing flow of gas on an inner surface in a larger curvature radius side of the bend part.
