In this case, the cap section 2 has an approximately cylindrical shape formed of a flexible and transparent resin, at the tip end of which, a claw section 4 protruding inside is provided. The endoscope-fitting section 3 fixes the cap section 2 to the tip end of the endoscope. Then, the outer diameter of the cap section 2 is 16 mm or larger.
