Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent heating of a hood which is heated by cooking heat and to clear an unpleasant feeling by cutting off hot air toward customers.
SOLUTION: A transparent hood 5 is provided at the front surface (at the customer side) and the top part of a cooking part, and the hood 5 is composed of two layers of glass panes, between which an intermediate air layer is provided to serve as an intermediary for the heat insulation, thus preventing heating of the hood glass panes 9 and 9a at the customer side. Also, either end of the intermediate air layer is arranged at the upward part of a suction port (a smoke suction pass) 14 which is operated to suck with the smokeless equipment in a body portion 1, so that indoor air is sucked and circulated into the air later in the hood 5, and a pair of the glass panes 9 and 9a at the customer side and the cook side are forced to be cooled.
