This approximately cylindrical hood mounted on the endoscope being mounted at the distal end of the endoscope and having a body section and a proximal section, is provided with a hood section extractably/retractably provided at the distal end side of the body section, an airtight space section provided inside the body section and extracting/retracting the hood section from the distal end side of the body section, a fluid tube member having a fluid injection/discharge connector communicated with the airtight space section, and an endoscope mount section provided in the proximal side and detachably attached to the endoscope distal end; and is characterized in further having an interlocking rotation section for interlocking and rotating the hood section and the body section, between the body section and the endoscope mount section.
