Abstract:
To provide a food slicer that can adjust a thickness of slicing.SOLUTION: A food slicer 1 includes an enclosure, a motor 20, a slice module 30 and an adjusting member 113. The slice module 30, positioned in a processing chamber 121, receives driving of the motor 20 to rotate and slices a food material put into the processing chamber 121 via an input port of the enclosure. The slice module 30 comprises a cutter holder and a spinning desk, where at least one blade 322 is provided on the cutter holder. The adjusting member 113 moves the spinning desk in a shaft direction in parallel to the cutter holder by pushing the spinning desk, so that different thicknesses are formed in the food material to be sliced. The cutter holder comprises a cutter holder shaft, and the spinning desk comprises a hub 311 and a restricting member. The cutter holder shaft is provided in the hub 311 to be movable in the shaft direction, and the restricting member, provided in the hub 311, is used for restricting the cutter holder shaft from separating from the hub 311.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2B
