When the bathroom item is supported, a gap d is formed between the fixing section by pulling out the movable section, and the bathroom item is supported by making the bathroom item engaged with the gap. When the bathroom item is not supported, the moving section is positioned and held under a state being closely joined to the fixing section by pressing the moving section to the fixing section side with a finger.
