To provide a hook device to be made compact in a non-used state of a hook part.

This hook device 10 is provided with a main body part 20 and the hook part 60. The hook part 60 has arm parts 61, shaft parts 63 and flange parts 65. The main body part 20 has a pair of fitting recessed parts 30 accepting the flange parts 65 and the shaft parts 63, fitting the flange parts 65 to be prevented from slipping out and rotatably holding the shaft parts 63. The fitting recessed parts 30 extend in a direction orthogonal to the shaft parts 63 and are provided with partition ribs 33 at inner walls in length direction intermediate parts. The flange parts 65 are slid in the fitting recessed parts 30 by getting over the partition ribs 33 and can be fitted at right and left positions of the partition ribs 33. When the flange parts 65 are slid in the fitting recessed parts 30 and are moved to right and left sides of the partition ribs 33, the hook 60 is moved to a position approached or separated to/from the main body part 20.
