The hook device 1 has a hook portion 11 on which an article is hooked on the surface side 12a, and an adhesive portion 13 to stick to an appropriate article on the back side 12b. The hook device is composed of a flexible adhesive plate 2 having the adhesive portion 13 on one side and an extended tab portion 21, and a hook device body 3 having the hook portion 11 on the surface side and an inserting/fitting groove 31 to which the flexible adhesive plate 2 is removably inserted and fitted on the back side 12b. When the hook device 1 is removed from a wall W, first, a user draws out the hook device body 3 upward from the flexible adhesive plate 2 while the flexible adhesive plate 2 fixedly sticking to the wall W by the adhesive portion 13 is left, and then, the user picks up and draws the tab portion 21 of the flexible adhesive plate 2, and bends the flexible adhesive plate 2 so as to be separated from the wall W. Therefore, an unreasonable external force is prevented from being applied to the adhesive portion 13, and the flexible adhesive plate 2 is allowed to be removed while maintaining an adhesion of the adhesive portion 13.
