A hook main body 6 of a towing hook 5 is formed in a U-shape, and fixed to an extension panel 4 and a side lower cross member 14 at both end portions. Both side portions 10, 12 and a tip end portion 16 of the hook main body 6 are projected out from a vehicle body. An auxiliary hook 7 reinforcing the hook main body 6 is formed in the U-shape, and fixed to the extension panel 4 and the side lower cross member 14. Both side portions 11, 13 and a tip end portion 17 of the auxiliary hook 7 are projected out from the vehicle body. The hook main body 6 and the auxiliary hook 7 are adjoined and adhered by welding. The projecting length of the tip end portion 17 of the auxiliary hook 7 is made to be smaller than the projecting length of the tip end portion 16 of the hook main body 6.
