To solve the following problems of a conventional hook: a circular sawing machine, which is formed such that a motor axis is arrange in parallel with a rotation axis of a saw blade and that a motor housing of a driving motor is protruded sideways from a handle section, cannot have the hook arranged on a lateral side of the handle section because of hindrance of the motor housing; and arrangement of the hook on the top of the handle section not only degrades the appearance of the tool but also hinders the operator from gripping the tool: and to provide a new hook of a hand tool, which is good in usability.
The new hook 10 is arranged on a side portion of the motor housing 5b protruding sideways from the handle section 6, and on a lower side that is opposed to a base 2 to be mounted on a workpiece to be cut. By arranging the hook at this location, the hook is apparently inconspicuous, and does not hinder the operator from gripping the handle section 6.
