To provide a hook hanging device whose manufacturing cost can be reduced by passing a wire passing into a wire stopper body without previously fixing a hook thereto, to form a wire stopper and the hook in one unit.

The hook hanging device comprises the wire stopper having a clamping mechanism with a locking ball, and the hook having a bottomed cylindrical cap to be fitted with the wire stopper and a horizontal piece to be inserted into a slit of the cap. The wire is passed from a hole formed in the top piece of the cap through a hole formed in the horizontal piece of the hook into the wire stopper to form the wire stopper, the cap and the hook in one unit.
