To provide a hook-and-loop fastener for sewing which has outlet seams, grooves, and sewing holes enabling anyone to easily, firmly and beautifully sew up in view of a conventional hook-and-loop fastener which has lugs only in part and cannot be sewn up firmly and beautifully in appearance.

The loop side and hook side of a pair of hook-and-loop fasteners (1) molded in length, size and shape for one round are provided with the outlet seams (6) at least on the whole periphery (2) or between the whole periphery and engaging elements (5). The outlet seams (2), (6) are provided with the grooves (3) for protecting stitches. The sewing holes (4) are provided in the grooves to facilitate passing of a needle.
