PURPOSE: To obtain a hook-and-loop (Herkule's) fastener capable of adhering and securing heavy goods such as architectural parts, automobile trim materials, and electronic parts stably for a long time.
CONSTITUTION: A magnetic sheet 3 containing a strong magnetic powder more than 20 content percent has, on its obverse face side, numerous projections 11 with hook or mushroom-like tips, or a porous layer for engaging the projections, and on its rear face side, an adhesive layer 2. Thereby, while making a matter to be attached composed of a magnetic substance absorb differences in shape and an external impact through the adhesive layer 2, the hook-and-loop fastener sticks with a good adhesion, and gives a permanent adhesion through the magnetic sheet 3. Based on their synergistic effect, a sheet fastener which enables, while preventing a deterioration in adhesive fore due to creep phenomena of the adhesive layer 2, maintaining a stable adhesive force for a long time, adhering and securing heavy goods stably, and attaching and removing the matter to be attached readily and repeatedly to and from a main body through joining and releasing of its fastener portion, can be obtained.
