PURPOSE: To entirely perform the drawing-out and taking-up of a hoop by an air motor by providing a speed controller, a manual change-over valve, a mechanical valve and a solenoid valve to the air circuit of the hoop supply apparatus of a binder.

CONSTITUTION: This apparatus is constituted by connecting speed controllers 6, 7, 8 to an air motor 5 while connecting a manual control valve 9 to the speed controllers 7, 8 and connecting a solenoid valve 11 and a manual change- over valve 13 and further connecting a mechanical valve 10 and a speed controller 12 to the speed controller 6. Air is sent to the air motor 5 when a hoop 3 is supplied to a binder main body 1 so as to obtain feed rotation and the wound hoop is rotated in the direction opposite to a direction A. When the hoop is reduced to become impossible to bind and drawn out of the main body 1, air is sent to the air motor so as to rotate in a return direction and the wound hoop is rotated in the direction A. Therefore, by rotating the air motor by the pressure of air, all of works can be simply performed.
