Abstract:

PURPOSE: To shorten the total required time for constant discharge by injecting the constant discharge quantity for multiple times into a weighing hopper, after stabilized, performing the constant discharge in multiple times, and injecting a material for multiple times at every discharge of multiple times.

CONSTITUTION: When starting an operation, a discharge quantity setter 31 and an injection quantity setter 35 are set, and a material equivalent to the discharge quantity of N times is injected into a weighing hopper 20. When the stabilizing time elapses after injection, a discharge vibration feeder 21 is driven, and the material is discharged from the hopper 20. A decrease of weight of the hopper 20 is calculated by a subtracter 29, and it is compared 30 with a discharge quantity setter 31, then a discharger drive circuit 32 is stopped. Furthermore, after the stabilizing time elapses, the feeder 21 is driven again. When the hopper 20 becomes nearly zero by repeating this process, an injector drive circuit 37 is driven, and the material for predetermined times is injected again. By repeating this process, the total required time for discharge can be shortened.
