Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hopper which can discharge raw materials successively even though the raw material are poor in fluidity and also to provide a crushing-and-mixing apparatus which uses the hopper and crushes lumpish raw materials and processes the crushed raw materials into recyclable forms with necessary additives mixed.
SOLUTION: The hopper is for storing the raw materials temporarily and feeding the raw materials successively and equipped with a main body 2 having sloped base 21 and a discharge port 22 provided at the lowermost part of the base and a plurality of rollers 3 arranged and fixed at the inside of the main body along the direction of slope of its base so that he raw materials can be fed toward the discharge port as the rollers rotate. Two kinds of sprockets 32, 33, respectively large and small in size, are provided at each of the rollers, and each of the small sprockets of each of the rollers positioned at the lower side is connected through an endless chain with each of the large sprockets of each of the rollers positioned at the upper side, and thereby the rollers are connected with one another.
