PURPOSE: To execute exactly weighing by a short weighing cycle necessary time by providing a means for controlling a temperature so that a temperature sensor maintains a balanced state that it has reached a temperature of an object to be weighted, extending from a discharge stage of a weighing hopper to before starting to measure a temperature in the next weighing cycle.

CONSTITUTION: A heater 14 being a temperature changing means is attached in the vicinity of a temperature sensor 10 which is used for correcting a measured moisture value, which has been provided on a weighing hopper 2. In this state, a temperature is controlled by a control device 5 so that the sensor 10 maintains a balanced state that it has reached a temperature of an object to be weighed, extending from a discharge process of the weighing hopper 2 to before starting to measure a temperature in the next weighing cycle, by using the heater 14. Therefore, a temperature measurement can be performed quickly, the holding period in each weighing cycle is shortened, and also the receiving quantity of the object to be weighed can be weighed quickly without sacrificing the weighing accuracy.
