Abstract:
To provide a horizontal blind which can prevent friction between a riser cord and a slat.
The transverse cords of each level of a ladder cord 2 are formed by two transverse cords 6a, 6b, an intersecting section 7 being formed on the transverse cords, a slat 1 being inserted between the intersecting section 7 and one of the vertical cords 5b of the ladder cord 2, a riser cord 8 being inserted between the intersecting section 7 and the other vertical cord 5a and between the transverse cords 6a, 6b.
