PURPOSE: To prevent a coiled stock from bending at a coil guide section by sliding the coil guide section back and forth in the parallel direction to the delivery direction and energizing it with a spring member in the opposite direction to the delivery direction.

CONSTITUTION: The coiled stock W is loaded sidelong on a turntable 10 and and is sent to the next process through a guide roller 30. The turntable 10 is drived with a servomotor 13a and its velocity is determined by a velocity setting volume 25a. The guide roller 30 is supported and is enabled to slide back and forth by a coil guide mechanism 20. The variation of sliding quantity is detected by a gear 25, the volume 25a is changed and the velocity of the servomotor 13a is changed into the velocity fit the delivery quantity of the coil W. The force of a power spring 41 is conducted to a slider 24 through a pulley 40 and the guide roller 30 is energized with the spring in the opposite direction. Because the impact force given to the coiled stock W is absorbed by the spring member, the bending at the guide section is prevented.
