Abstract:
To provide a horizontal type rotary automatic filling packaging machine that is capable of adjustably imparting vibration to a filling chute while suppressing vibration and noise.SOLUTION: A horizontal type rotary automatic filling packaging machine 1 comprises: a side seal device 71 for applying side sealing to a packaging film of which the central part is folded, while transferring the film in a horizontal direction; a side seal device driving mechanism for driving the side seal device; a filling device for filling a content toward a packaging film bag part 53 by using a filling chute 10; a filling chute driving mechanism for vertically and rotationally moving the filling chute 10 so that it is inserted into and withdrawn from the packaging film bag part 53; a top seal device 61 for heat-sealing an upper edge of the packaging film bag part filled with a content; and a cutter device for cutting off the continuous packaging bag. In addition, the packaging machine is provided with a vibration imparting device 300 for energizing and contacting the filling chute 10 under vibration, at least at one part of a rotational movement range in which a tip of the filling chute 10 is inserted into the packaging film bag part 53.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
