This horizontal sash bar 3 for the enclosure is detachably arranged in a vertical multistage shape outside a window 2, and has a vertically partitioning partition part 15 inside a hollow horizontal sash bar body 11, and can take the external light in a room from the window 2 via the horizontal sash bar 3 by constituting the horizontal sash bar body 11 of a light transmissive synthetic resin. By forming the horizontal sash bar body 11 in a hollow shape, weight is reduced, and treatment is facilitated. Since the horizontal sash bar body 11 has the partition part 15 inside in a hollow shape, strength can be secured while reducing the weight.
