Abstract:
PURPOSE: To hold a horizontal scale lifted from a drawing board by a simple structure.
CONSTITUTION: A transfer member 23 is installed freely movably on a guide rail 11, a rotational member 22 is mounted rotatably on a supporting shaft 21 fixed to the transfer member 23, and a friction member such as a wave washer which increases the frictional resistance between the rotational member 22 and the transfer member 23 is attached to the supporting shaft 21. By the effect of the friction member, a horizontal scale 19 connected with the rotational member 22 through a scale arm 32 can be held stationarily at a height from a drawing board.
