Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal sliding screen door capable of easily setting the rising limit of a weight for holding a wire in a tension state in the case a net is stretched in the horizontal sliding screen door.
SOLUTION: The horizontally openable screen door making use of the accordion expansible net 12 in a frame body is so constituted that one end of the net is fixed to a jamb member 11a of the frame body, at the same time, the other end of the net is mounted on an opening and shutting operating movable stile 13, wires 14a to 14d fixing one end to the jamb member are inserted in the net, they are hung down in the movable stile 13 through a guide member 15 provided to the movable stile 13 and that the weight 16 is suspended from the front ends of the wires in the movable stile 13. A large number of holes 21a for controlling the rise of the weight by inserting a stopper 22 along a shaft 20 of the weight 16 in the movable stile.
