Abstract:

To prevent drop in denseness in a joining part in use of lanthanum chromite as an interconnector material in a lateral-striped solid oxide fuel cell stack.

The lateral-striped solid oxide fuel cell stack is formed by forming a plurality of cells each formed by laminating an anode, an electrolyte, and a cathode on the surface of an insulating substrate having a fuel passage on the inside, and electrically connecting adjacent cells through an interconnector. The interconnector is made of lanthanum chromite or a material containing lanthanum chromite as the main component, and an intermediate layer made of Y2O3containing NiO is arranged between the electrolyte and the interconnector. The method of manufacturing the lateral-striped solid oxide fuel cell stack is provided.
