Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reproduce a stable horizontal synchronizing signal to be replaced with the omission horizontal synchronizing signal even when the omission of the horizontal synchronizing signal takes place in a still picture.
CONSTITUTION: In a PLL circuit 10, a pulse synchronized with the horizontal synchronizing signal in a reproduction video signal is supplied from a 1/910 frequency divider circuit 8 to a 1/2 frequency divider circuit 5. At the time of the omission of the horizontal synchronizing signal in the reproduction video signal, the pulse supplied from the 1/910 frequency divider circuit to the 1/2 frequency divider circuit 5 is outputted from an output terminal 9.
