Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a horizontal type closed compressor obtaining sufficient transport impact strength by suppressing the propagation of vibration from the compressor and the generation of noise from an accumulator.
CONSTITUTION: An intake part 5 to a compression mechanism part is disposed on the centerline of a side shell 1. An intake connecting pipe 4 for connecting the intake part 2 and an accumulator to each other is extended in the center direction of the side shell 1, and this intake connecting pipe 4 is fixedly supported by a supporting plate 5 and a fixture 6 rigidly welded at the center part of the side shell 1. The noise and vibration of the accumulator 3 and intake connecting pipe 4 system can be thereby reduced by a large margin.
