Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a manufacturing system to manufacture an edge bonding single plate which is safe and improves manufacturing speed.SOLUTION: An edge bonding single plate manufacturing system is provided with: A an un-shaped single plate feeding mechanism; B a sized single plate forming mechanism having B-1 a defect detection machine and B-2 a sized single plate clipper; C an edge bonding mechanism having C-1 a tip surface glue applying machine, C-2 an abutting machine; C-3 an adhesive thread attaching machine, and C-4 a standard single plate size cutting clipper; and D a loading mechanism having a stacker, wherein the sized single plate forming mechanism comprises: B-1, in intermediate cut defect part detection, a mechanism to detect a cutting position so as to be in a range with an allowable defect range left to perform sized cutting; and B-2 sized clipper with a movable cutting blade attached to a square shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
