Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horse transport vehicle which can certainly prevent a horse getting on or out of the vehicle from stepping off from a footboard and can nevertheless reduce the burden of preparatory and restitution works.
SOLUTION: The bottom of a gangway 4 to constitute a door covering a horse doorway 2 is pivoted at the bottom edge of the doorway 2 in such a way as capable of rising and falling and also rotating. The outer edges of a left and a right side plate 9 overlapped on the inner side face of the gangway 4 are pivoted on the side edges of the gangway 4 in such a way as capable of rising and falling and also rotating, and a means 14 holds upright the side plates 9 in the condition that the gangway 4 is fallen, and thereby it is possible to cover the sides of the passage easily only by raising and rotating the side plates 9.
