To provide a hose band positioning tool which enables an operator to carry out work with a single hand in a short period of time.
According to the structure of the hose band positioning tool, a first extension portion 27 is extended from a jaw portion 26 at right angles to the same, and a second extension portion 29 is extended from a jaw portion 28 at right angles to the same, followed by extending a positioning piece 31 from the second extension portion 29. Then by abutting the tip of the positioning piece 31 on a container, a distance between the container and a hose band is set to a constant value. As a result, a measure is dispensed with, and therefore the operator can carry out the work with a single hand, which contributes to shortening of the working time.
