Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the whole width of a lifting device provided with a fixing device preventing slide and drop of a hose car loading base arranged at a storage position and to make performable a countermeasure to a failure simply and speedily.
SOLUTION: The device is provided with a rotary stopper 82 supported on a fixed frame turnably and an electric actuator (for example and an electric motor 80) giving rotation force to the rotary stopper 82, and the rotary stopper 82 moves to a position regulating descent of a hose car loading base 3 at a storage position (lock position) by the drive of the electric actuator so as to prevent slide and drop of the hose car loading base 3 without using a hydraulic cylinder.
