Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a hose cutter capable of properly cutting a hose without any bend at a cutout end.
CONSTITUTION: A blade 9 having a corrugated edge is fitted to the upper section of an approximately U-shaped body 1, and one side end of the blade 9 is fitted with an approximately L-shaped lever 11 capable of open/close operation relative thereto. Furthermore, a hose presser section 14 having a recess matching the shape of the blade 9 is formed on the lever 11 at the side faced to the blade 9. In addition, a groove is formed on the section 14 for allowing the ingress of the edge 9a of the blade 9.
