Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To caulk a hose with a plurality of metal fittings sequentially by one caulking device while moving the hose, to which the plurality of metal fittings are attached respectively, in one direction.SOLUTION: A hose fastening device includes: a stage 2 on which a hose 31 with a plurality of metal fittings attached respectively is placed; a conveying device 3 which conveys the stage 2 in one direction along a longitudinal direction of the hose 31; a plurality of dogs arranged on the stage 2 for each metal fitting; a sensor 6 which detects the dog when a caulking part of the metal fitting is positioned in a caulking position; a controller 8 which temporarily stops the stage 2 by controlling the conveying device 3 when the sensor 6 detects the dog; and one caulking device 4 which fixes the metal fitting to the hose 31 by caulking the caulking part of the metal fitting in the caulking position when the stage 2 temporarily stops.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
