Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a hose at a boom base-end section smoothly at the same position when a boom is rocked vertically around a support shaft by installing a clamp clamping the hose to the lower section of a bottom wall.
SOLUTION: The separation of a hydraulic hose 58 from the state along the rear side of a boom 22 is controlled by a hose guide body 61 mounted near the rear lower section of the boom 22. A rubber edge 62 is set up to the periphery of an inserting hole 59, and a guide roller 66 rotating the hydraulic hose 58 around a support shaft 65 while guiding the hydraulic hose 58 towards the inserting hole 59 is fitted on the upper side of a bottom wall 57. The guide roller 66 contacts with the hydraulic hose 58 and guides the movement of the hydraulic hose 58 with the vertical rocking of the boom 22, and guides the hydraulic hose 58 so that the hydraulic hose 58 is deflected in the lower section of the bottom wall 57 especially when the hydraulic hose 58 is shifted to a lower section. A clamp 68 installed to the lower section of the bottom wall 57 fits, clamps and fixes the hydraulic hose 58 into each storage recessed section, and clamps the hydraulic hose 58 between a clamp body and a cover body.
