Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an accurate management of an insertion amount of a hose end part into a hose joint fitting.SOLUTION: A mark M is formed at a location of a hose 2 corresponding to a predetermined specified amount of insertion from the extremity end of a hose 2. The end part of the hose 2 is inserted into an annular space S between an outer peripheral surface of a nipple side cylindrical part 22 and an inner peripheral surface of a socket side cylindrical part 26 until the mark M coincides with axial one end 2604 of the nipple side cylindrical part 22. Position setting of a hose joint fitting 10 is carried out and a presence or non-presence of the mark M is detected by a color sensor 50. A judgment part 38B judges, on the basis of the result of detection performed by the color sensor 50, whether or not the mark M is positioned in an allowable range. When it is judged by the judgment part 38B that the position of the mark M is in the allowable range, the socket side cylindrical part 26 is fastened and the end part of the hose 2 is fixed to the hose joint fitting 10.
