Abstract:
To reduce costs by simplifying manufacturing steps, and to improve come-off resistance of a cylindrical body with respect to a joint body.SOLUTION: A hose joint fitting 10A is equipped with a metallic joint body 14A having a pipe portion 22, and a metallic cylindrical body 16A. The pipe portion 22 has a pipe body 24 and a pipe diameter expanding portion 28. The cylindrical body 16A has a pipe insertion portion 30 inserted into the pipe body 24, and a hose installing portion 32 that is inserted into the pipe diameter expanding portion 28 and forms an annular space 2810 for inserting a hose between an inner peripheral surface of the pipe diameter expanding portion 28 and the hose installing portion 32. Coupling of the pipe body 24 and the cylindrical body 16A is carried out by fitting a different diameter portion 30A provided on the pipe insertion portion 30 with a fitting portion 2402 of the pipe body 24. On either an inner peripheral surface of the pipe body 24 or an outer peripheral surface of the pipe insertion portion 30, a sealing member 18 for sealing a space between them is installed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
