Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove a hose from a metal core in an apparatus for manufacturing a hose equipped with a means for making a green hose by winding a substrate in a predetermined number of layers, a means of forming the green hose into a predetermined shape by use of a metal core and a means of fixing the shape by vulcanization treatment and to keep a precision of an inner diameter of an edge portion of the hose (cuffs portions) while decreasing a hose edge width. SOLUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a hose is equipped with means (71 to 74) of binding an edge portion 14b of a metal core to the metal core 14 as a means of removing a hose 10b from the metal core 14, inner conduits (80 to 83 and 85) introducing a high pressure fluid from a pipe connected to the edge portion 14b to a space between the metal core 14 and the hose 14b and a band 62 for tightening up the hose 10b around the outer circumference of the edge portion 14b.
