Inside a conduit 10, a mobile conduit cut-off device 1, which can be moved along an axis 10a, and its hose 12 are inserted. At the tip of the hose 12, a coupler 13, which can be attached/detached to/from a connection port of a fluid connector in a single operation, is installed so as to introduce fluid for inflation toward elastic film bodies 4, 5 of stoppers 2, 3 in the mobile conduit cut-off device 1 via an internal hose 15. When the elastic film bodies 4, 5 are expanded, the inside of the conduit 10 can be closed airtightly. Inside the hose 13, rigging 16 is also housed, and the mobile conduit cut-off device 1 can be pulled in the axis 10a direction when the coupler 13 is pulled.
