Title:
HOSE FOR READY-MIXED CONCRETE PLACING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0968291
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent the position dislocation and the removal of a combined rope, and to secure the safety of a worker, by forming annulus ring form projections on the peripheral surface near the mouth of a front end hose for placing a ready-mixed concrete.

To a hose H, pressure-proof reinforcing layers 2A and 2B are provided between the inner rubber 1 and the outer rubber 3. Near the mouth 6 of the hose H, annulus ring form projections 5 made of a rubber whose outer diameter is larger than the outer rubber 3 to form the outer diameter of the hose H are formed integrally with the outer rubber 3 at two position. A guide rope to guide the hose H is combined between the two annulus ring form projections 5 beforehand, and the other end of the guide rope is grasped by the worker, so as to pour a ready-mixed concrete to a construction position adequately. Since the guide rope is combined between the two projections 5 in this case, there is no fear to remove the combined part from the mouth 6 of the hose H, or to dislocate the position to the center side in the axial direction of the hose H, and the ready-mixed concrete can be placed efficiently.
