CONSTITUTION: A tilted hose support face 1a is provided on a base 1, and a winding rotary shaft 6 penetrating a hole bored on the hose support face 1a is slantly provided on the base 1, a notch groove is cut at its upper end section, and the winding rotary shaft 6 can store a rotary shaft 4. The winding rotary shaft 6 can pass through the hose support face 1a.
