To improve the sealing property by providing a penetrating member in which its flange part is positioned inside a hose, and its other end is projected from the hose through hole to the outer side; a movement regulating means in the circumferential direction to the through hole of the penetrating member; and a fixing means of the penetrating member to the hose.
In order to form a branch hose, the through hole 10 of a hose main body 1 is expanded, the flange 20 of an inner pipe member 2 is inserted to it, and a male screw 22 and a tube 21 are injected from the through hole 10. And a compression ring 3 is inserted to the tube 21, and the female screw 40 of an outer pipe member 4 is screwed to the male screw 22. In this case, the rotation of the inner pipe member 2 is prevented by the flange 20, and the screwing is secured. Since the outer pipe member 4 presses the compression ring 3, the peripheral edge of the through hole 10 is held by the pressing part 30 of the compression ring 3 and the flange 20. Then, a hose 5 is inserted to the outer pipe member 4 until its end face is abutted to the jaw 41, the whole body is set in a metal mold, and a resin cover 6 is formed in the projection molding. Consequently, a high sealing property is secured to the through hole 10.
