To provide a hospital parking lot controller with a simple constitution and reduced cost capable of restricting utilization of the parking lot by a person other than a user of the hospital.

A hospital parking lot controller is provided with an entrance gate 1 to be installed at an entrance of the parking lot P in a hospital, a ticket issuing machine 2 to be installed near the entrance gate 1, an exit gate 3 to be installed at an exit and a vehicle detector 4 to control the exit gate 3 to open its pole when a vehicle is detected. A charge, etc., is described on the surface of a subsidiary ticket for medical examination to be sold by the ticket issuing machine 2 and the ticket is appropriated for medical expenses (charges for the medical examination and medicine, etc.), to be paid y a patient. The utilization of the parking lot P in the hospital by person other than the user of the hospital is prevented by forcing the user to purchase the subsidiary ticket for medical treatment which is usable in the hospital only by the patient. In addition, from the viewpoint of the user, a troublesome procedure as in the conventional case is no longer needed, convenience is improved, furthermore, the structure of a device is simplified in comparison with the conventional ones and the cost is suppressed.
