Abstract:

To solve a problem that information which should be secret is leaked to a third person who is not authorized to gain access in a hospital system etc.

Included are an ID card and a terminal device, and the ID card has a ciphering unit which ciphers identification information identifying a worker and used to determine whether patient information is allowed to be used with one secret key, and a transmission unit which transmits the ciphered identification information to the terminal device. The terminal device has an FeRAM which stores the same other secret key as the one secret key and from which the other secret key is erased when the other secret is read out of the FeRAM, a reception unit which receives the ciphered identification information from the ID card, and a deciphering unit which deciphers the received identification key ciphered with the one cipher key with the other secret key expected to be stored in the FeRAM.
