PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hospital that can reliably provide emergency medical care from a point of time immediately after a disaster and that can keep construction costs low.SOLUTION: A hospital 10 includes: a lower skeleton 20 that is erected on a ground surface G and that is provided with a front doorway for patients, a reception room for receiving the patients, a waiting room, a consultation room, a dispensary, a nurse center and the like; and an upper skeleton 40 in which an operation room and generator equipment or power storage equipment are supported in a base-isolated manner via base-isolating device 30, 30... on the lower skeleton 20.
