PURPOSE: To make microbe treatment smooth to dispose domestic garbage efficiently, by leading garbage ground by the kitchen garbage grinder to the outdoor purification tank and by supplying air and hot water utilizing solar heat to this tank.

CONSTITUTION: Kitchen garbage is ground by grinder 6 while adding water and is flowed to purification tank 10 together with this water. Hot water obtained from solar heat collector 1 and air from diffusing pipe 11 of the bottom of purification tank 10 dependent upon air pump 9 are supplied into purification tank 10 for the purpose of keeping suitable temperature and air. Then, microbes are in full activity in tank 10 to decompose organic matters in sewage. Thus, garbage is disposed without pollution by the simple device.
